IBM 72X6757 5.25 External Diskette Drive ISA Adapter 90X8827 6450244.  This ISA adapter lets you attach a 5.25 360Kb diskette drive (4869-001) for data exchange with installed PCs for the IBM PS/2 Models 8525 and 8530-021.
