There are tons of training videos online for it but the simplicity of it is what makes it so great and effective. You simply place it between your feet, squeeze the board, and swing. It stabilizes your lower body, quite your feet and trains the lower body to allow you to swing, turn, and properly shift your weight when the board is removed. You can train with it and then alternate hitting balls with it and without it on the range. It will definitely improve your ball-striking. PGA pros are using it currently!
